Citizens of Elwood, WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU! The Elevate Elwood 2035 survey is officially live. The results of this survey will help establish a vision that will guide the goals and objectives of the Elevate Elwood 2035 Plan. The plan is how we prepare for the city’s future because it will affect Elwood’s growth and development for the next 15 years. The plan should be based on the needs, desires, and aspirations of ALL Elwood residents to be meaningful.
